In an interesting legal situation, the DHS has overridden the 2015 Flores court ruling that mandated ICE and border patrol to release migrant invaders after 20 days. Now it seems they can detain for as long as they want, drastically reducing the illegal alien’s ability to find a job and pay off their coyotes.
